A research team at University of Arizona published a report that divorce is linked to high blood pressure, which eventually leads to heart attacks, strokes, kidney damage and dementia. Based on a survey with 138 people who recently separated, people with bad sleeping quality for up to 10 weeks after divorce more likely to suffer from high blood pressure. It can be worse for those who already have high blood pressure.
